Perth

Finally in Perth after doing once the whole trip starting from Adelaide (with my german travelmates Lisa and Kai) and the second one with my visitor Anne (from Rügen) where we only did around half of the way. Sounds like a lot of effort, but by doing it this way I was able to see a lot of attractions and nearly all the wonderfull beaches hidden in the small villages along the coast.

I do hope the pictures are able to reflect some of the impressions we had on our tour, I definitely haven't seen such awesome landscapes and coastal areas before. Just incredible what beaches Australian residents have just in front of their doors!!!

Luckily my Aussie-mate Ian invited me to his family to spend X-mas with them together. It felt absolutely strange to sit in front of the pool and drinking cold beers by opening the presents. Same 4 New years eve. Some of the surrounding neighbours decorated their houses for charity reasons.
By donating a few dollars you were able to help them collecting money for fighting against diseases (or to pay the electricity bill, who knows...).

So Iam bit tired of travelling in the moment and therefore looking forward to work again for a while and stay for a couple of weeks at my mates place and discover Perth and by the way Aussie-families :P
